9 Months!

In this photo, we're both nine months. I'm nine months out from my surgery. My sister is nine months pregnant.

Giving Thanks

On April 2, 2009 I was given the gift of gastric bypass. On November 25, 2009 (the day before Thanksgiving) I reached my goal: 137 pounds.

I am thankful:
*For my husband's support throughout the highs and lows of this journey.

*For Sarah and Alissa's wardrobes--I'd be broke without them.

*For running--who knew?

*For a healthy future!
